For ten years, Lispring has been focusing on the R&D and production of wave springs and spiral retaining rings in the past, present and future, aiming to provide reliable and satisfactory products to global high-tech customers. We welcome your inquiries at any time.
Multi-turn Wave Spring, also known as Wave Spring or Spiral Wave Spring, is similar in shape to a common cylindrical spiral spring, made by winding a wave-shaped flat wire spiral peak-to-peak. After heat treatment and surface treatment, it has excellent elasticity and toughness.
Features:
The wave spring has the following characteristics:
It is suitable for medium and small loads in large stroke applications.
Compared to ordinary spiral compression springs, it can save at least half of the space when subjected to similar loads;
It can reduce the overall volume of equipment and save costs;
It is very suitable for places with limited axial space;
The use requirements for different loads can be met by changing the thickness, width, or making two or three layers of overlapping wave springs.
Due to the above advantages, the counter-top waveform spring has gradually replaced conventional cylindrical spiral springs in many applications.
Materials.
Various materials can be used to make counter-top wave springs, such as spring steel, stainless steel, copper alloys, and high-temperature alloys for special applications. Currently, the most commonly used materials for counter-top wave springs on the market are carbon spring steel, alloy spring steel, stainless steel 304, 316, and 17-7PH.
Application of
The wave spring is widely used in the fields of machinery manufacturing, petroleum and chemical engineering, hydraulic equipment, automotive and locomotive manufacturing, aviation industry, refrigeration engineering, etc., such as motors, compressor hosts, fluid valves, water valves, gas valves, automotive clutches, brakes, electrical connectors, bearing preloading devices and compensation devices, shaft seals, mechanical seals, etc.
