Founded in 2009, Lispring Spring Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of wave springs, spiral retaining rings, constant-section retaining rings, laminar seal rings, and other precision spring and retaining ring components. With a 21,400-square-meter manufacturing facility, Lispring provides both standard and custom solutions for customers in demanding industrial applications worldwide.
Lispring maintains more than 10,000 standard parts in stock and offers a product portfolio covering over 20,000 variants. Supported by dedicated production equipment and specialized design software, the company provides engineering assistance from design review through manufacturing, helping customers develop custom components efficiently without the need for conventional stamping dies.
Quality and reliability are central to Lispring’s operations. The company operates under a comprehensive management system certified to IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, AS9100D, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Lispring’s in-house testing center is also accredited by CNAS in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, supporting testing for metallic materials, mechanical performance, fatigue durability, precision dimensions, and related elastic component requirements within its accredited scope.
To further support consistent quality and reliable delivery, Lispring has implemented a digital manufacturing system connecting production equipment, APS-based scheduling, electronic work instructions, inspection records, SPC analysis, OEE monitoring, and batch traceability. This improves production visibility, process control, quality consistency, and response speed to customer requirements.
Lispring products are widely used in aerospace, electric vehicles and new energy applications, wind energy, oil and gas, medical devices, construction machinery, consumer electronics, and other industrial sectors. A notable application includes high-temperature wave springs used in the lander of China’s Tianwen-1 Mars mission, launched in July 2020.
