The purpose of the spring washer: It is installed under the nut to prevent the nut from loosening. It is mainly used in situations with vibration loads or alternating loads.

Methods to prevent nuts (or bolts) from automatically loosening during mechanical design and production include: 1. Add spring washers; (simple and easy to do) 2. Use hexagonal slotted nuts + cotter pins; (increased processing steps compared to the same period last year) 3. Add stop washers; (increased processing steps compared to the same period last year) 4. Insert steel wire into the hexagonal head opening of the hexagonal bolt. (The number of processing steps has increased year-on-year) In order to save money, when we prevent the nuts (or bolts) from automatically loosening during mechanical design and production, we only use one method depending on the need, and there is no need to repeat it.
