Digital Manufacturing

A digital management system across the key manufacturing stages

Built around the manufacturing characteristics of wave springs, spiral retaining rings, constant-section retaining rings and precision spring components, Lispring has deployed a digital manufacturing system covering production planning, equipment status, work instructions, in-process inspection, quality inspection, SPC analysis, OEE monitoring and lot traceability. By digitizing production data, moving quality control online and making manufacturing execution transparent, we continue to improve process consistency, exception response speed and order delivery capability.

OEE Real-time monitoring of equipment efficiency and running status
APS Automated scheduling that balances orders, capacity and due dates
SPC Statistical analysis and process trends generated automatically
Traceability End-to-end lot traceability and record retrieval

Core Capabilities

Six core capabilities behind stable manufacturing

01

Machine connectivity

Key equipment status and production data are collected so that managers can follow shop-floor operation in real time.

02

Real-time OEE monitoring

Equipment availability, efficiency and output are monitored, providing a data basis for capacity analysis and continuous improvement.

03

APS scheduling

Order demand, capacity resources and delivery plans are combined to improve planning accuracy and scheduling efficiency.

04

Electronic work instructions

Process requirements, operating steps and inspection points are delivered electronically, reducing human error and improving execution consistency.

05

Digital inspection and SPC

In-process and final inspection data are captured automatically and turned into SPC analysis that keeps key quality characteristics under continuous review.

06

End-to-end lot traceability

Traceability runs from raw material through production and inspection records to the shipped lot.

Process Coverage

Covering the key stages from order to delivery

The Lispring digital manufacturing system spans order review, process preparation, production scheduling, shop-floor operation, in-process inspection, quality inspection, inventory movement and shipment traceability. Unified data capture and process records let us monitor key manufacturing nodes continuously, and locate, analyse and correct exceptions quickly when they occur.

Quality Integration

Bringing quality methods to the shop floor

APQP, PFMEA and SPC working together with the digital system

Lispring combines quality methods such as APQP advanced product quality planning, PFMEA process failure mode and effects analysis and SPC statistical process control with the digital manufacturing system, giving systematic control over product design, process development, production, inspection and final delivery.

Digital records help us keep key process parameters and quality trends under continuous review, and provide a reliable basis for process improvement, customer audits and quality traceability.

Manufacturing Execution

Transparent manufacturing execution, faster response

Machine connectivity and OEE

Networked management of key production equipment gives real-time visibility of running status, cycle time, downtime and output, helping identify capacity bottlenecks and support continuous improvement.

APS scheduling

With standard stock items, custom parts, low-volume high-mix work and volume orders running in parallel, systematic scheduling helps improve planning accuracy and delivery reliability.

Electronic work instructions

Key process requirements, operating steps, inspection standards and cautions reach the shop floor directly, reducing paper handovers and differences in interpretation.

Inspection data

Key dimensions, loads, material properties, appearance and process parameters are recorded and analysed electronically, improving the completeness and retrievability of quality data.

Automated SPC analysis

Inspection data are consolidated automatically into SPC analysis, helping the quality team spot process variation trends and act on them in time.

Lot traceability

Material information, production records, inspection data, test results, inventory movement and shipped lots are linked together to support audits, exception analysis and after-sales response.

Customer Value

What digital manufacturing means for customers

More stable quality consistency

Process data capture, SPC analysis and electronic work instructions improve execution consistency at key operations.

More reliable delivery response

APS scheduling and OEE monitoring improve planning accuracy and shop-floor response speed.

More complete quality traceability

Lot-level traceability supports customer audits, quality analysis and after-sales response.

More transparent process control

Digitized production data and electronic inspection records make the manufacturing process more controllable and verifiable.

Certified Systems

Working together with our quality systems and CNAS laboratory

Our digital manufacturing capability works together with the existing Lispring quality management systems, the CNAS-accredited laboratory and professional inspection equipment. The company holds IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100D, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications, and the testing centre laboratory is built to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and accredited by CNAS, providing customers in demanding applications with combined assurance from process control through to test verification.
